Organisations

SMEs, Social Enterprises, Growing Businesses, Cultural and Educational Institutions and Charities

Organisations call me at a moment of change or growth.

→ The founder-led business about to scale that needed to know exactly who it was

→ The Students Union team that'd lost its way and needed a new way of functioning together

→ The business on the cusp of growth that needed its values translated into actual behaviour

→ The leadership change that left non-profit staff disconnected from a brand they no longer felt was theirs.

→ The charity about to appear on a life-changing prime-time TV show who needed their house in order

Or they bring me on because they’re ready to…

→ Understand how to unlock the potential of ambassadors

→ Gain expertise on the right kind of partnership for their organisation

→ Refresh or create a workable content strategy

→ Help their team demonstrate theirs and the org’s true value online and IRL

Why work with me?

Because I've been there. I founded Bloody Good Period and grew it into an organisation people believed in, and invested their time, energy and money in. I did that through careful culture and a brand people wanted to be part of.

When I led it, BGP punched way above its weight, earned fans all over the world, raised hundreds of thousands of pounds and built partnerships with Liberty London, The Body Shop, Adidas and more. I'm also a trustee at Clore Social Leadership, so I see the boardroom version of these problems too.

Because I look at brand and culture together. Most people fix the words or fix the workplace, but the trouble usually lives in the gap between the two, and that's where I work.

And because I'll be honest with you, and sensitive to what you're going through. I don't see any point in glossy decks that don't actually DO anything. You'll get practical next steps, a compassionate and open way of working and, above all, clarity about where you're going next.
