Organisations
Your team feels confused, or worse, hoodwinked by promises the organisation doesn't live up to. Projects get a "yes" that should have been a "no." Good people wear out and leave. The brand exists as a front rather than something anyone actually uses to make decisions, and leadership and staff start treating each other as the problem.
Or the culture's actually pretty great, but nobody outside can tell. Customers, clients and donors can't see what makes you different in a market where values are supposed to be the differentiator. Marketing and comms are messy because no one's sure what to say or why. Change reads as a threat instead of an opportunity, and growth risks unravelling the very reputation it's meant to build.
Organisations tend to call me at a moment of change: a founder-led business about to scale that needs to know exactly who it is, a team that's lost its way and needs a new way of functioning together, a business on the cusp of growth that needs its values translated into actual behaviour, or a leadership change that's left staff disconnected from a brand they no longer feel is theirs.
